Payload LogoToldot

How Toldot becomes a book.

Have conversations whenever it suits you, at your own pace — and continue, conversation by conversation, until your life becomes a hardcover you can hold. Choose the path that fits: gifting it to someone you love, or building your own.

01You give

You gift Toldot.

From $249 — you write a short note, choose a delivery date, and pay. We hold the gift quietly until the day you’ve chosen.

02They begin

They open it. We take it from there.

On the day you chose, they get a quiet email. They sign in, talk to the AI biographer for ten or fifteen minutes — by voice or in writing — whenever it suits them. They set their own pace, from the very first conversation.

03They keep going

Toldot works around them, at their pace.

Whether through voice notes, full conversations, or short bullet points — they answer when it suits them. There's no streak, no deadline. If they need a break, the book waits.

Whenever it suits

""You don't have to do it all at once. The book waits.""

04It arrives

When they’re ready, the book lands.

Whenever they decide their book is ready — whenever the chapters feel complete — we bind everything into a hardcover with linen, foil-stamped wordmark, and QR codes that play their voice. You can order copies for the whole family at cost.

THE HONEST BITS

What we don't say in the marketing copy.

What if they take a long break?

Toldot waits. There are no streaks, no notifications nagging them. They can come back next week, next month, whenever it feels right — the next question is still there.

What if they hate writing?

They can do every conversation by voice. The AI transcribes and writes the prose; they only edit if they want to.

Can someone help an older relative?

Yes. We have a 'helper mode' — an adult child can sit in on the call, or take dictation. Many of our gift recipients are 75+ and they do it with a partner or grandchild.

What if they want to keep going after the first book?

Most lives need more than one. They can commission a second volume any time — a continuation, or a fresh focus on a different chapter of life.
